Our dear Sunil Dada had promised Her Holiness Akkaswami Velankar that he would attend the Sadhana Saptah as long as he was alive, and he faithfully kept that promise. Respected Sunil Dada was born on March 14, 1951, in Manmad.
He completed his B.Com degree from Baramati, securing the first rank. He worked as a teacher in Walchandnagar for three years. From 1977 to 1988, he served as the manager of the Samarth Seva Mandal at Sajjangad and was the editor of the Sajjangad Masik magazine.
He also held the responsibilities of an advisor to the Ramdas Swami Sansthan and president of the Samarth Vyaspith. He has authored more than 30 books, each going through multiple editions.
Throughout his life, he delivered discourses, offering over 8,000 sermons in Marathi and Hindi.
His discourses covered a wide range of topics including Sant Dnyaneshwar, Samarth Ramdas Swami, Sant Tukaram, Sant Kabir, Sant Mirabai, Yogi Arvind, Swami Vivekananda, Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Sambhaji Maharaj, the Ramayana, the Bhagavad Gita, the Upanishads, the Narad Bhakti Sutras, Dasbodh, and many other subjects.

Sunil Dada had close connections with institutions like Ramakrishna Math, Baba Maharaj Samadhi Mandir, and Ved Vyas Pratishthan. He was a popular speaker among the youth.
Respected Mrs. Leela Kaku is the learned wife of the former director of the Dasbodh Sakhol Abhyas, Respected Samarth devotee Shri. Vasantrao Gadgil.
Senior Samarth devotee Mrs. Leela Tai is a pillar of the initiative. No matter the question, she always had a satisfying answer due to her extensive study. She was blessed with 20 years of close association with Her Holiness Akkaswami. Respected Leela Tai was a student of the first batch of the Patra Dwara Abhyas course and the first samikshak(reviewer) from Vidarbha. She was among the early students of the Dasbodh Sakhol Abhyas course and one of the key members of the “PanchaKanyas” who were samikshaks (reviewers) during the time of Her Holiness Akkaswami.
Mrs. Leela Tai worked as a samikshak (reviewer) for Dasbodh Sakhol Abhyas for a long time. Under her guidance, around 50 students completed 200 swadhyay(papers). She also prepared the supplementary study material for the Dasbodh Sakhol Abhyas course. She provided guidance as a senior samikshak(reviewer). Mrs. Leela Tai was an impactful Bhagwat reciter, speaker, and kirtankar. Her books include Bhagwat Makrand, Evening Prayers at Sajjangad, Morning Sadhana, Shiv Mahimna, and Dattatreya Kavach.
